Well, I'd like to clarify first that this photo ISN'T my home. I just saw this online and really liked it and would actually love to live in something like it but for now, we're living in our little spot in this world :)
Getting married is one thing and expecting a baby in the very first few months in marriage is another thing and as I adjust to being both husband and soon to be dad, I'm also responsible for the place where we should live.
So right now, along with this whole pregnancy thing, I shall also be posting a lot about home renovation, repairs, and the progress of it all. As dads, we're expected to be the go-to guys and our role extends down to plumber, electrician, gardener, and whatever you can think of. This puts us then in that spot where we should at least have a general idea about some of those roles and I hope we can all get in on this together and share whatever ideas. I do hope I can help you even with a little to start with.
So far, we've been living in my home studio... irony is, it's usually the studio that's found in the home. In our case, our home is found in the studio haha We've temporarily bunked in the lounge area and made our little room in it as we finish the rest of the house. We're doing it by phase and so we're taking it slow. I'm just excited to move into the masters really soon!
